Mine is hanging on the wall…people do not use them for the simple risk of SIDS!!!

Not really a “need”. We hung ours on the wall, makes a cute decor thats about it.

We haven’t and our son will be 13 months old next week. Right now it’s hanging on the side of his crib.
I honestly haven’t met anyone that’s used this for purposes other than decorating.

I never did with any of mine. They are way to thick and stiff for such a tiny baby. The quilt does not lay on the baby right and I am afraid they will pull it over their face.

no, I think it’s just for decoration. It’s too thick and I would be worried that my child would suffocate under the bulkiness of the blanket.

When my son was old enough to sleep with blankets we kept it in the crib.Before then, we used it as decoration on the side of the crib.

Yeah, you can’t really use it until the baby is much older. You can always put it with your rocking chair so that you don’t get cold when you are in the nursery.
